In addition, he was a Paramedic Field Instructor with Yale Sponsor Hospital program. He currently teaches at John Abbott College and has trained more than a thousand individuals in CPR and BLS

Dr. Jacob Thomas is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery resident at McGill University and a certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor with the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. With degrees in both dentistry and medicine, his clinical experience spans procedural sedation, advanced airway management, resuscitation, and the management of critically ill patients in perioperative and emergency settings. His training includes extensive hands-on experience in the operating room and hospital-based acute care environments. Drawing on his clinical background, Dr. Thomas is passionate about delivering engaging, evidence-based resuscitation training that emphasizes practical skills, clinical decision-making, and the confidence to respond effectively to cardiovascular emergencies.
