Important Notice
We understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering for a course to understand your options and any applicable fees.
Student-Initiated Cancellations
Early Cancellation
More than 48 hours before class
Full refund minus $35 CAD administrative fee
Late Cancellation
Less than 48 hours before class
No refund available
Cancellation Conditions
- •No-shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled class without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued
- •Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- •Refund method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for registration
- •Administrative fee: The $35 CAD administrative fee covers processing costs and is non-refundable
How to Cancel Your Registration
To cancel your course registration, you have the following options:

Note: Please include your full name, booking confirmation number, and scheduled class date when requesting cancellation.
Rescheduling Options
If you need to change your class date rather than cancel:
- One free reschedule is available if requested more than 48 hours before your scheduled class
- Subject to availability in other class sessions
Elite CPR-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Elite CPR needs to cancel a scheduled class, you will:
- Receive immediate notification via phone and email
- Be offered a full refund with no administrative fee, OR
- Be given priority registration in the next available class at no additional cost
Weather & Emergency Situations
In cases of severe weather or emergency situations that make it unsafe to travel, Elite CPR may cancel or postpone classes. Students will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
